- ============
- 1 lb. potatoes
- 1/4 lb beans
- 1/4 lb peas
- 1/4 lb carrots
- 3 pineapple slices
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2-3 bread slices
- 1 bowl water,
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 4-6 tbsp oil for frying
- 2-3 cherries (for decoration)
- pineapple slices (for decoration)

- Description
- ===========
- Boil the potatoes. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and boil and
- mash them with potatoes. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, green
- chillies and cumin seeds. Cut 2 pineapple slices into small pieces
- and add them to the vegetable mash. Dip the bread slices in water.
- Squeeze all the water and mix the bread into vegeatble mash.

- Mix everything well and make small balls. Heat the oil and fry the balls
- till golden brown. Arrange the balls in plate and decorate with cherries
- and pineapple slices. Serve hot, preferably with tomato sauce.

- This will serve 6-8 people and will take about 15-20 minutes to make.
